1. Scope of these Terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the OrderHood marketing website (orderhood.app and its subdomains) by any visitor, including prospective Tenants browsing before signup and Customers browsing a Tenant's storefront. If you sign up as a Tenant, your use of the Platform's dashboard and Services is additionally governed by the Platform Agreement, which controls in the event of a conflict for that use.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use this website. If you use the website on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: interfere with or disrupt the website or its underlying infrastructure; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data; scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the website except as permitted by robots.txt; upload or transmit malicious code; or use the website for any unlawful purpose.
4. Intellectual Property
The OrderHood name, logo, and website design are the property of Kranotech Studios FZE and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission. Each Tenant retains ownership of its own brand name, logo, and product content displayed on its storefront.
5. Third-Party Storefronts & Links
Storefronts hosted on the Platform are operated independently by their respective Tenants. OrderHood does not review, endorse, or control the content, products, or services listed on any storefront, and is not responsible for it. The website may also link to third-party sites not operated by OrderHood; those sites are governed by their own terms.
6. No Warranty
This website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kranotech Studios FZE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
9. Changes to these Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time; the version date at the top of this page reflects the version currently in force. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
